DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

GVHOT.NET respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy for handling notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Submitting a Proper DMCA Notice

To request removal of content, send a written notification that includes the following information (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL.
• Contact information of the complaining party (name, address, email).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
